These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Drug Testing for Truckers website and services.
Services
We provide drug and alcohol testing program support for trucking companies and owner-operators, including consortium enrollment, random testing pool management, pre-employment testing coordination, and Clearinghouse guidance.
Not legal advice
Information on this site is for general educational purposes and should not be considered legal advice. DOT and FMCSA requirements can change. Customers are responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when enrolling
- Report for testing when selected
- Maintain your own records as required by FMCSA
- Take Clearinghouse actions that must be completed by the driver or employer directly
Fees
Program fees are billed as described at enrollment. Collection site lab fees may be billed separately.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
